This striking Wauwatosa 1928 Tudor style home with major potential needed a complete exterior restoration. The homeowner was ecstatic upon learning that JM Remodeling was able to provide all services needed for the complete restoration which included: shingle roof tear off and replacement, Lifetime Centennial Slate shingles, copper valleys, copper drip edge, copper chimney flashing, seamless aluminum gutter system, .060 E.P.D.M. rubber roofing installation, copper counter flashing and installation of 1 5X cedar siding. Major exterior carpentry such as: duplicate crown molding, frieze boards, soffit, fascia, rafter tails, re-line built in gutter system, exterior painting, masonry work and the list goes on.
