This family’s needs were to convert the attic into living space for a special needs child. Major extensive interior and exterior renovation to include: 1,000 sq. ft. living space on the 3rd level, shingled roof tear off and replacement, flat roof tear off and replacement, rebuilt entire Yankee gutter system including new rafter tails, fascia and soffit, composite/green siding, electrical service upgrade, high efficiency furnace and air conditioner, installation of hardwood flooring, plaster repairs and open concept attic with space saving metal spiral staircase. Attic conversion gave parents and special needs child a bright and cheerful living environment.
