Flat Roof Commercial Building – Third Ward

This beautiful Historical warehouse was converted into single family condos in the Third Ward, it had major water penetration from the existing flat roof.  JM Remodeling performed complete flat roof tear off and replacement using 60mil eco-friendly TPO standard white membrane.  Environmentally friendly TPO temperatures are as much as 60degrees F cooler with white sheet compared to black E.P.D.M. modified bitumen, or built-up system.  The trend toward energy star labeled, compliant reflective roofing has huge benefits.
