JM Remodeling eliminated existing ballist stone and rock roofing system and installed fully adhered 60mil E.P.D.M. rubber roofing system, custom ISO tapered roofing insulation, drain inserts, electrical services including disconnection and reconnection of furnaces and air conditioner and custom fabricated 24-gauge pre-finished galvanized metal coping and counter flashing.
