New Siding – Melk Music Milwaukee

Long term customer contacted JM Remodeling due to masonry/bricks being dilapidated on the front of the building.  JM Remodeling removed the brick from beneath Melk Music sign and reframed the entire wall, re-bricked columns left and right sides of sign, installed insulation, installed pre-finished fiber cement siding creating new front entrance facade.  JM Remodeling also performed flat roof tear off and replacement using fully adhered 60mil E/P.D.M. rubber roofing material including custom fabricated pre-finished galvanized metal coping.
