Kitchen and Dining Room Remodel – WRA/NARI Award Winner

This existing home had 1970’s style décor.  The kitchen and dining room had wall separations; creating small room sizes.  JM Remodeling provided design/cad drawings for the kitchen that included cabinets, lighting and plumbing layouts.  We eliminated the wall between the kitchen and dining room creating an open concept living space to include elevation of ceilings in the kitchen, dining room and bathroom.  The kitchen remodel consisted of insulating exterior walls, porcelain tile flooring with new pre-painted base and shoe moldings and matching window casings, installation of pre-finished Maple cabinets, crown molding, Quartz countertops, under mount double bowl stainless steel sink, Kohler forte sink fixture, travertine tile backsplash with glass inserts, relocation of appliances to include installation of new dishwasher, recessed can lighting and décor series switches and outlets. The porcelain tile floor, base and shoe moldings and window casings flowed into the dining room.  The homeowner was looking for a traditional style bathroom with a modern flare.
