Custom Trellis – Racine
The years of weather had taken its toll on the exterior of this office building. The rotted wood compromised the structure of the trellis and the overall look was dated. Using custom tooled 2 ½” Douglas Fur, we custom fabricated (custom carpentry) a new trellis that brought the whole facade of the building into the 21st century. Adding to the overall curb appeal, we installed a new custom commercial grade entryway system that utilizes Energy Star rated Low-E glass and heavy duty locks. In addition to the exterior renovation, we also completely rebuilt all of the flat-roof outlet boxes around the perimeter of the building using eco-friendly LP Smart Siding (Green Products). The finished product gives the building a fresh new look that will last for years to come.
